Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn and with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been tried on or used. Please note that Koko Couture eyelashes are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
