Order Cancellation: Pre-Shipment

If you need to cancel or edit an order before it is dispatched, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may be submitted via below form or by contacting us directly at customerservice@kokocouture.co.uk.

You will not be charged any cancellation fee for orders cancelled before dispatch. Any payment already taken will be refunded to your original payment method. Once an order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, and the Post-Shipment cancellation process will apply.

Order Cancellation: Post-Shipment

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with your statutory rights. To do so, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return the goods within a further 14 days.

You may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and suitability. Due to the nature of wigs, hairpieces, hair extensions, ponytails and related products, items should be returned in their original condition, with any tags, hygiene seals and packaging retained where reasonably possible.

If goods are handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value, including where items have been worn, styled, cut, coloured, washed, altered or damaged.

Where a hygiene seal has been removed, cancellation rights may not apply if the goods are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
