Delivery is on the next day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before 3 PM (Monday-Thursday). If you place an order after 3 PM on Thursday on a next working day service you will not receive this until the following Monday, we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. If you order anytime after 3 PM on Friday and over the weekend, you will have a massive chance to receive your goods on Tuesday rather than Monday. We do recommend customers placed order earlier if you would like to receive order by the next day!
Next Working Day Delivery is not a 100% guaranteed service, especially for Scotland and Northern Ireland customers due to any over controlled circumstances.

Returns & Exchange
It is our intention that all orders are dispatched accurately and suitably packaged. However, should you receive any products in error or that are damaged this should be notified to us within 14 days of purchase date. Once we have received the item back only then shall we issue a refund to you.
Hair extensions must not be taken out of the original packaging if you wish to return them (they arrive in clear see-through packaging). Unfortunately if they have been opened, the seals broken and tags off, we will be unable to accept your return for hygiene reasons. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, Part 3, Section 28, paragraph 3a which states "The rights conferred by this Part cease to be available in the following circumstances — in the case of a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order then please contact our Customer Care team and we will email you and despatch the correct item (stock willing) for you. If in the unfortunate event you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team in the first instance.
Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, KoKo Couture will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. If the postal service returns a package to us for any reason, the customer will be notified immediately to arrange for reshipment at your expense. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as the post office does not reimburse us for the returned to sender package. Once the address is verified and the postage is paid in full – which is subject to the exact amount rather than the initial flat rate charge – the package will be shipped out immediately. Please make sure to enter your correct address at checkout to avoid returned to sender.
If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel. Once we can confirm this, we can re-despatch your order (stock willing).

Q: Do hair extensions really feel like natural hair? Do they have a shiny look to it?
A: Customers who have used human hair extensions before can be wary to try synthetic hair. The mono-fibre used have been carefully developed to look as natural as possible, with the look and feel of human hair.
Q: Wow, that cheap?
A: At KOKO Couture we are all about helping you refresh your look with affordable accessories. Our synthetic hair products offer better value than human hair alternatives.
Q: Can you use heat on your hair products?
A: You can use heat up to 160 degrees Celsius on Koko Hair’s extensions and Koko Couture’s half-heads and up to 180 degrees Celsius on Koko Couture’s hair extensions. We would not recommend using heat unless absolutely necessary to maintain the hair quality.
Q: Can I use my shampoo and conditioner on your hair pieces?
A: Yes, of course you can! We recommend using shampoos and conditioners which do not contain any sulphates, parabens and silicones. Regular shampoo may damage the fibre. Ideally use shampoos and conditioners specially made for synthetic fibre, extensions and wigs.
Q: Can I dye extensions if the colour is not matching me? Can I use toner to slightly change the colour? I’ve seen that other people are commenting that they have used dyes for textile and have dyed their extensions, does it work?
A: We do not recommended dying KOKO Couture hair extensions because they are synthetic and synthetic fibre is different from human hair. It will not grab the hair dye or toner because its structure does not have the pores for the dye to soak in, so will not dye and the ingredients may harm the fibre.
Q: How do I avoid my hair extensions getting tangled after I have used them many times ?
A: KOKO Couture hair extensions can be kept in their best condition for up to six weeks, depending on how they are cared for. Synthetic fibre is different from human hair as it requires special care, it does not last that long as human hair. There are softening sprays available for synthetic fibre, extensions or wigs which extend the softness of synthetic hair products.
Q: My extensions are too long! Do you do some that are slightly shorter?
A: Most of our extensions are approximately 22-24 inches long. However we do have the Dolce (at 18 inches) and Rosie (at 16 inches), for a shorter look. Some of our customers trim the long extensions to get the exact length they want.
Q: Are the one piece sets thick? Or will I have to get two sets?

Q: KOKO Couture one piece hair extensions are equivalent to a medium-sized ponytail, weighing approximately 170 grams. Many of our customers are happy with one piece, but for super size hair big hair some customers do use two sets. For customers with short hair asks, we recommend her the three piece/five piece/eight piece sets to build layers and allow short hair to blend in easily.
