- Apply all of your make up including your eyeshadow and eyeliner, all except mascara
- Use an eyelash curler on your natural lash to give a natural curl
- Using the instructions on the packaging carefully, gently remove your strip eyelashes from the package, you can do this by hand or gently with tweezers. Make sure you know which is left and right to follow the natural curve of your eyelashes
- Depending on the eyelashes you choose some are self-adhesive and some require the eyelash glue provided. If self-adhesive use the application tool or tweezers to gently press the strip eyelash onto your natural eyelash line. If the lashes you choose are glue eyelashes apply a small even amount of glue along the line, simply attach the strip eyelash to your natural lash line applying gentle pressure to attach the strip
- Check the lashes in the mirror, to ensure they are in position and attached gently pull the middle section of the eyelashes to ensure they do not move
Removing your strip eyelashes
It is also important to remove your strip eyelashes correctly to ensure that they cause no damage to your natural eyelashes but also to get the most uses out of them.
- To remove your strip eyelashes, you should start with a gentle pull on the band of the lash in the middle, pull gently outwards until the lash band comes away from your natural lash until the band is completely removed.
- Clean the lash band by gently running your finger along the band to remove any glue
- Store your lashes in the original packaging on the curve of the plastic to ensure they keep the shape and curve of the lash
- Clean your natural lashes as you would when removing make up to ensure no glue or adhesive is remaining
